Our content — The ScoreCue platform, including its design, code, tools, branding, editorial content, and AI methodologies, is owned by Duane Buford and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of ScoreCue without written permission.
Your content — You retain full ownership of the music track data, brief text, and catalog information you enter into ScoreCue tools. By using our tools you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your requested analysis.
AI outputs — Analysis and reports generated by ScoreCue tools are provided for informational and strategic purposes only. We make no claim of ownership over your music or your sync placement outcomes.
The ScoreCue Arc Analyzer™ name and methodology are claimed as proprietary to ScoreCue. Unauthorized use of this name or methodology is prohibited.
ScoreCue's tools use artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate analysis, scores, and recommendations. By using these tools you acknowledge:
The Arc Analyzer score is an analytical tool, not a guarantee. Real sync placement depends on many factors beyond what any AI can fully predict. Use it as one input among many.
ScoreCue is currently free during the beta period. When paid tiers are introduced:
Beta access does not guarantee any specific pricing when paid tiers launch, though waitlist members will be offered early-access pricing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScoreCue and Duane Buford shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost sync placements, lost revenue, or data loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of ScoreCue shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. During the beta period when the service is free, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ScoreCue is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We make no warranty that sync placement analysis or recommendations will result in actual placements, licensing deals, or revenue. Sync licensing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify waitlist members and subscribers of material changes via email and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of ScoreCue after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
