ScoreCue ("we," "us," or "our") operates scorecue.com and all associated tools including the Arc Analyzer, AI Composer Coach, and Catalog Match Engine. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By using ScoreCue you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. We do not sell your personal information — ever.
ScoreCue is built by a working composer for working composers. We collect only what we need to run the platform and improve it. Nothing more.
Waitlist signups — When you join the beta waitlist we collect your name, email address, and professional role (composer, library, publisher, supervisor). This is used to manage access and communicate updates.
Newsletter subscriptions — If you subscribe to Sync Intelligence we collect your name and email address to send you content.
Contact form submissions — Messages sent through our contact form are stored and used to respond to your inquiry.
Tool usage — When you use the Arc Analyzer, AI Composer Coach, or Catalog Match Engine, the track data and brief text you enter is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis. We do not permanently store your track data or brief text after the session ends.
Analytics — We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. This collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
We will not send you marketing emails beyond what you explicitly signed up for. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
ScoreCue uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
Your data is stored in a MySQL database on Hostinger's servers. We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular monitoring.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take data security seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention — Waitlist and subscriber data is retained until you request deletion or we close the platform. Contact form messages are retained for 12 months. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention settings.
Depending on your location you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@scorecue.com. We will respond within 30 days.
ScoreCue uses minimal cookies:
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Your browser settings allow you to control or disable cookies at any time.
ScoreCue is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at info@scorecue.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of ScoreCue after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members and subscribers.
